The fees have now been set and the booking system will become available in Jan/Feb 2027 after we announce the accepted papers. The early-bird deadline will also be announced when the booking system opens: our curent timeline indicates an early-bird deadline in late April 2027, with main registration deadline in late June.
Morning and afternoon refreshments, and lunches, are included in the registration fee. The conference dinner on Saturday evening requires a separate booking and fee.

Remote participation at the conference is only possible for presenters delivering individual papers/presentations or special themed sessions. Lecture-recitals/performance-lectures/demonstrations of practice must be delivered in person.

The conference is being held in association with SEMPRE who have kindly offered support in the form of bursaries for student or unwaged presenters (to cover registration fees, accommodation, and travel costs). The application process for bursaries will happen after papers are accepted and presenters have been notified.
